My work in customer service
We provide help and advice to our customer over the phone. I greatly enjoy working in a team and being in touch with numerous different people, even if it is only over the phone. When a customer is satisfied, then I am also satisfied. I work with my colleagues in an open-plan office and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

My career
After the technical institute, I attended a professional school. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do; I tried a few things and ended up working in the hotel business for ten years in all. After one year working as manager’s assistant for a company in Linz, which I spent sitting alone in the office, I knew that this was not the right thing for me. I was familiar with Silhouette International from my work at the hotel. I thought that this is a good company and the product also appealed to me a lot. So it was a perfect fit. I sent in my application and have been here for five years now.




What I learned from my previous jobs
Ten years of customer contacts in the hotel business have been a great advantage for my work in customer service. Important things like friendliness, communication skills as well as working in a team and with different departments – I have learned all of that in a hotel. And I benefit from that to this day.
