„Have fun and enjoy whatever you do – whether on the job or private.“
My career at Silhouette International
I started at Silhouette International in 2008 training to be an office administrator and had the chance to get to know the company and all its various departments really well. In addition to good vocational training, it was important to me to also have a good schooling. So I decided to do an apprenticeship and a Matura (like a high school diploma), which I did at night school. In 2011, I finished my vocational training and shortly after that, my Matura, too. I switched to the e-Business department and have been employed there ever since.
What I do in my job
My job is mainly about internal communications. I edit and design our company magazine “Durchblick” that is published quarterly now in three languages. Additionally, I maintain our intranet, the central information platform for our employees, and put new text and images on our website, making sure, of course, that everything is up to date.
And the coolest thing about it
The coolest thing about my job is the contact with many different people and departments. It’s simply fun working with so many different people and that gives my job some variety, too. I like working independently and also being able to be creative.
