Mechatronics engineer

Machines are comprised of mechanical (“mecha”) and electronic (“tronic”) elements. Mechatronics engineers assemble and operate such systems, as well as installing electronic components, welding materials together and completing machine repairs.

• The building and checking of electro-pneumatic (compressed air driven) control systems.
• The programming, installation and servicing of mechatronic systems. 
• The assembly and installation of mechatronic component units.
